JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Support Engineer

Job Type: Full time

Job Location: Hyderabad

CTC: 4.5 LPA

Eligibility Criteria: 

  1. 2021 BATCH- BE/B.Tech (Computer Science,Information Science/Technology and Electronics & Communication)
  2.    60% throughout Academics is mandatory
  3. Candidates must have Very Strong Communication Skills

Principle Responsibilities :

  • First line support of Network infrastructure based on the alerts from Network monitoring system (NMS)
  • Triage and Remediate issues related to routing/switching, wireless, firewalls and remote access VPN
  • Strict adherence to change management process while implementing changes to the above mentioned network infrastructure

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Basic understanding of Seven OSI layers
  • TCP/IP model
  • Types of Data flows
  • Different classes of IP addresses
  • How a router and switch work and basic differences between them
  • Different types of network topologies
  • Basic understanding about firewalls
  • Behaviour & Soft skills
            1. Good Analytical skills
            2. Ability to multi-task
            3. Problem Solving skills
            4. Interpersonal skills
