Job Description:

1. Participate actively in various learning sessions
2. Contribute to pet projects part of On the Job Training
3. Enhance competencies to graduate to the next level
4. Assist fellow trainees on learning and knowledge sharing
5. Address any problems / grievances with the CDM that may have an impact on productivity or efficiency
6. Take steps to improve on performance, based on coaching.
7. Adhere to organization policies

SELECTION PROCESS:

1. Online Test
2. Technical Interview
3. HR Discussion

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:

1. Online test date and time will be updated to the registered candidates
2. After testing, shortlisted candidates must be available for a further online interview process
3. Candidates should be available for immediate joining

STIPEND : INR 15000 per month during training  and 3 lakhs per annum on a permanent role

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 2019,2020, 2021 Batch; BE/BTech/ME/MTech(CS,IS/IT),MCA with 70% and above in 10th, 12th and Graduation
