1. Understanding the functional aspects of the clients requirement.
2. Efficient Task Execution.
3. Raise clarifications,issues,concerns regarding work output to the lead on time.
4. Adherence to schedule,timelines.
5. Maintain effective working relationship(Interpersonal)with team members and supervisors.
6. Adhere to Organization policies and procedures.
7. Participate in project and organization initiatives led by the Delivery leadership.
8. Ensure appropriate classification and prioritization of tasks.
9. Comply with defined process during task execution
10. Provide periodic task level updates as required.
