Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Strong analytical ability to investigate complex issues
2. Performing daily monitoring, in accordance with SLA/OLA and SOP’s.
3. Perform detailed investigation and escalate to relevant team with analysis.
4. Knowledge of Incident, Request, Problem & Change management including post mortem analysis as per ITIL guidelines.
5. Handle Production incidents and requests with periodic updates.
6. Contribute towards knowledge sharing sessions , propose improvement actions.
7. Implement automations to gain efficiency. Contribute to sustain and improve production support practices
8. Familiar with Agile practices and Agile way of working will be an advantage

Profile Requirements :

1. Basic knowledge on Unix & Shell Scripting
2. Exposure on Scripting automation / Batch optimization using Shells.
3. Basic knowledge on Middleware technologies and Scheduling tools (Tibco, FTB, Autosys etc) would be an advantage
4. Good exposure on Monitoring tools & implementation
5. Awareness of Java Errors & Exceptions will be an advantage
6. Good knowledge on any RDBMS technologies & able to interpret PL/SQL scripting.
7. Basic Awareness of CD/CI concepts, Devops will be an advantage.
8. Knowledge of banking domain, deal transactions will be helpful.
